Overview

This design required substantial earthworks at the property’s rear, a task complicated by limited on-street parking. Through meticulous planning and coordination with the local council, traffic control, and surrounding neighbours, we overcame these hurdles.

The redesigned driveway now includes a turning bay, vastly improving its functionality. Furthermore, we’ve added a generous double carport under the extension of the kitchen and entertainment deck. The new design blends seamlessly with the existing structure, thanks to a mix of steel work and Spotted Gum.

The rear wall of the property required removal and replacement during the early build stages. This step ensured a smooth transition between the new additions and the existing structure, enhancing the property’s overall coherence and flow. This project highlights our ability to navigate challenges while maintaining architectural integrity and functionality.
