INTRODUCTION

This is the start of your journey. Reach out to us through the “Build with Us” form. Here, we ask you to provide some basic information about your project, and attach any relevant documents for our team to review.

DISCOVERY CALL

Once we have received your form, we will reach out to you to schedule a convenient time to further discuss your construction project in detail. This will allow us to complete our initial review of the project and determine whether a site visit is necessary. We will also use this opportunity to ensure we are all aligned in the vision for your project, and we share the same values.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

Shortly after our call or visit, we will invite you to meet with us to go through your personalised Feasibility Study. This document will provide you with:

  • the expected cost of the Project, inclusive of all external consultants,
  • CBC’s pre-build service proposal, a detailed document outlining how we charge and why.

This is a crucial part of the process, allowing us to move forward with a mutual understanding of the intended scope of work and a budget that is both realistic and achievable.

DESIGN SERVICES

Once our scope and budget are aligned, it's time to introduce you to our designers. Our affiliation with architects, designers and interior designers enables us to cater to all types of projects. You will be guided through this process and work with both the design team and CBC in a collaborative effort to bring your vision to life. Don’t need our design team? That’s no problem. We are set up to provide a holistic service if you need it.

BUDGET ESTIMATE PRESENTATION

This is usually done at the Development Application (DA) stage of the planning process. Our focus at this stage is to provide a transparent breakdown of your individual construction costs for your consideration. Our estimates are expertly created to come within plus or minus 10% of the overall contracted cost, pending your selections and final acceptance of the scope of work.

CONTRACT QUOTE

At this stage, the estimated cost becomes fixed, and our selection process takes place. The selection process is when you choose the type and style of items for your build, eg: tiles or fixtures. You will be provided with a detailed Preferred Suppliers Brochure, connecting you with trusted industry professionals to guide you through the selection for your project. These suppliers will offer the best items at the best prices. You control your own budget during the selection process.

MASTER BUILDERS DB4 (FIXED PRICE CONTRACT)

Once the pricing process is completed, we will create a Fixed Price Building Contract for your project. This contract is completed through an E-Doc program and can be easily shared with finance brokers and banks if required.
