We helped transform this quaint family home in West Hobart into a modern, sunny escape from the city.
Fully renovating two bathrooms, a bedroom, the kitchen and opening up the living area with chapel style floor to ceiling windows that flood the rear of the house with light. Allowing the renovated house to combine high ceilings and an open plan layout with smaller self contained nooks within each space.

From the beginning of our project to the end CBC Custom Building provided us with an enthusiastic and professional service. Brad, the project manager, was always available, clearly communicating his ideas and thoughts, and was very transparent in relation to costs.
Chris, our lead builder on site, was second to none in his work ethic and attention to detail. When work began on our house, challenging existing problems were identified that had to be dealt with before the renovations could start. Extra people were made available to make up time. Chris and the team were reassuring, polite, kept the site tidy and always happy to talk to us about progress. People often say they aren’t happy at the end of their renovations.
